Kroon and Koning (NL)

‘Park Zuidhof’ in Dordrecht is a new living project consisting of 3 apartment blocks:  Oak, Beech and Cherry. Each block has its own character in line with their tree names. The BeSealed® hydrophilic waterstops have been applied in the Cherry block which is built out of concrete and disposes of an underground car park.

There are 35 apartments in the building divided over 7 floors.
